Aswar Residences is a residential community located on the eastern side of New Cairo, a thriving modern city currently being developed just outside of Cairo, Egypt. The project is comprised of three-story villas, landscaped gardens, tennis court, kids’ play area and a Clubhouse with an outdoor swimming pool and a gymnasium.

Aswar Residences is divided into 4 clusters, with an average of 18 villas per cluster.
