Architect Mishary S. Al Muhailan is the
Chief Development Officer at URC. He joined URC as Vice President of Design in
2013 and played a critical role in the management of the Company’s
developments. Al Muhailan has over 18 years of progressive experience in real
estate design and development with reputable companies.
Before joining URC, Arch. Al Muhailan
was the Development Department Manager at Commercial Real Estate Co. from 2010
until 2013. Prior to that, Al Muhailan worked on managerial roles with several
companies including United Facility Development Co., United Warehousing
& Refrigeration Co., and OHA Engineering Consultant.
Arch. Al Muhailan holds a Bachelor of
Architecture degree from the College of Engineering & Petroleum at Kuwait
University, and has attended an executive education course in Real Estate
Management Program at the Harvard Business School.
