Job Description
To support the compliance team in ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant regulations and standards. Including monitoring, reporting, and implementing compliance programs to minimize risk and enhance operational efficiency.
Skill Requirements
- Kuwaiti National Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Arabic and English written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience or internships in compliance or a related field is an advantage.
- Advance Word, Power point & Excel skills
- 3-5 years of experienceFamiliarity with compliance software and tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitors compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conducts regular assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
- Supports the preparation of periodic compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Helps in the investigation of compliance incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Stays updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the industry.
- Provides administrative support as needed.
- Follows up over CMA and Boursa news and highlights relevant news to the compliance function.
