Job Description
Assist in developing and managing URC’s annual business and client development strategies/plans in line with the vision and objectives of URC. The role supports the internal portfolio management by identifying and segmenting potential investments and developing customized business plans.

Responsibilities

 

  • Implements URC’s business development strategy based on market research driven understanding of customer needs, priorities and trends, and recommends appropriate development, pricing and process engineering
  • Assists in evaluating market environment regularly and provides feedback and proposals to the internal departments on investment opportunities targeting specific customer segments
  • Identifies potential investment opportunities through asset and sector targeting and responds to approaches from external parties in alignment with the business development strategy
  • Conducts feasibility study, property valuations and appraisals of the proposed/potential investment opportunities and assists in primary research analyses the secondary research to identify new investment opportunities
  • Actively participates in assigned Cross Functional Teams (CFT) and ensures timely dissemination of information to CFT
  • Performs other responsibilities and tasks as required or as directed by management from time to time
