Responsible for finding new tenants, renewing leases, answering letters, all administration to ensure compliance with lease terms and management of legal issues, and to track financial obligations for all leasing documents in accordance with company policies and Leasing
Skill Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Adminstration
- 3-5 years of relavent experiance in property managment and leasing
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all administration to ensure
compliance of leasing terms, tenant management and management of legal issues.
- Coordinates all leasing renewals and terminations
as per the contract law.
- Keeps up to date with leasing contract law.
- Set up reports/follow-up scheme to regularly update
status on main Leasing-related KPI’s such as: Leasing status (leased units),
rental income, average rent, lease term leasing status, and occupancy rates.
- Prepares documentation in coordination with the
legal department, - side letters, addendums, rent reduction of termination of
contracts.
- Ensures maintenance and filing of tenant and
leasing contracts and LOIs.
- Maintains minutes of meetings with potential
investors and internal and external stakeholders
- Generates potential leasing leads with an
understanding of the tenant mix for each project.
- Maintains and updates the leasing database.
- Assists with reading and preparing work floor
plans.
- Research common market leasing offers and prepare
investment proposals based on an understanding of market leasing offers.
- Follow up on open issues and maintains
relationships both internally, with other departments and externally with
Investors.
- Prepares maintains and coordinates all documents
required for contract preparations.
- Consult legal advisors to ensure that all documents
or contracts are in accordance with legal regulations and company policies or
to prepare termination agreements, extensions, amendments, etc.
- Provides assistance in all leasing functions and
all related matters.
