Job Description
Responsible for assisting the Project Marketing Manager in ideating, executing, tracking and reporting on elements of the marketing plan to increase awareness and generate leads to support URC in achieving its business goals and financial targets.
Skill Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with specialization in marketing or related area of focus
- Fresh Graduate with a part time job experience, internship, or a full-time job in a similar role.
- 0-2 years of marketing experience
- Written and Spoken English is essential, Arabic is preferred
Responsibilities
- Execute elements of the approved marketing plan as assigned by the line manager.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives, campaigns, and plans from ideation to execution, including the design, production and distribution of marketing collateral and print and digital advertising.
- Create and develop content for internal and external channels.
- Oversee social media content to keep it current and aligned with marketing strategies.
- Assist in brainstorming and organizing events and sponsorship programs, including venue organization, materials development, ordering, scheduling, and attendance management.
- Identify and support in the implementation of sponsorship opportunities if/when applicable to brand strategy.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with partners, vendors, suppliers, agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on marketing requests.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all marketing initiatives.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing activities and KPIs across various platforms.
- Track incoming leads and share them with internal stakeholders to help achieve targets.
- Adhere to the marketing budget by utilizing comparison reports and negotiation skills.
- Maintain a budget tracker and follow up with vendors to ensure timely payments and deliverables.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and utilize research to inform marketing tactics.
- Produce presentations, mood boards, storyboards, and reports as requested and required.
- Manage website content to ensure accuracy, SEO optimization, and regular performance analytics.
- Identify talent development needs and coordinate training with the Project Marketing Manager.
